Thank you for being willing to sponsor a worthy candidate into our State Chapter.  There are several items you will need to take care of so please read carefully.  First, be keenly aware of the deadline for all materials.  This is a hard deadline established by the National Headquarters.  Late documents will not be accepted.  Second, be sure to track the status of your candidate on a regular basis until their application process is complete.

The Deadline to complete all sponsorship paperwork is March 15th

       Check List:

​​​STEP1: Click Here to upload your prospective candidate for a chapter vote. (This link will expire on October 15th).

STEP2: The chapter will vote on candidates. Click Here to Vote. (This form will be open Nov. 1st - 15th only).

 

STEP 3: Once your candidate is approved, go to the "Members only" page on the National Website then click on the "New Member Application" page.

 

STEP 4: Read everything carefully before you begin the process.

STEP 5: Fill out the Sponsor Form

STEP 6:  Send a link to your candidate for the new membership form.  Have them send YOU their link to pay for their application. 

(Remember, we have decided as a membership to pay for our candidates)

STEP 7: Help your candidate identify three current members that are willing to fill out the "New Member Reference Form" and send them a link to the form. You can access the list of members on the National Website.

STEP 6: ​​​Check the status of your candidate's application frequently with Joe Luechauer until completed.  If you feel the information is not current, email Joe Luechauer at joseph.luechauer@gmail.com
